I cannot log in to my account
First, verify that you are using the exact professional email address associated with your profile. If you have forgotten your credentials, please use the "I forgot my password" link to receive reset instructions immediately.
How do I change my login email?
You can update your professional email address directly within your Account Settings.
Why do I have to create a "Free Plan" Company account for each uni? How to avoid it?
JobTeaser allows you to post your job offers directly on the intranet of a partner university for free.

Why is my job posting not visible to students?
These are the reasons:
You posted the job ad in one Career Center and the student has an account in another.
The job ad targets some programs, the student either does not have a program attached to their profile or they don't have the right program.
Job ad in not yet approved by the admins, it is still in "Pending".
How do I post to multiple Career Centers at once?

What is a "Short Text"?
The "Short Text" are part of our desire to simplify the application process :
With the "Short Text", we make the process easier by offering students the possibility to show their motivation in a concise way. This allows for a very quick and efficient application for the student. By having a profile CV, they can apply from any device. They don't need to upload an additional file either.
This option should not be seen as the equivalent to a cover letter, but rather as a message that accompanies the application.
Where can I find the application?
Once you have posted a job ad, you will receive the applications by email.
These emails are sent via the JobTeaser platform and not by the students themselves.

How can I delete/ archive my job ad?
On JobTeaser, you cannot delete jobs; you can only archive them. Please click on the job title:
Once you see the details of the offer, then click on “More” and you'll have the option of archiving it.
How can I edit the location of my job ad?
To add/edit the location of your job ad, please type in the location field until some propositions appear in a drop down menu. Please click on the matching proposition to make sure it is properly saved for your ad.
