How to edit your company page in your back-office

1. Click on the 'Account' section of your back office. 

   OR click on ‘Company page’ in the upper lateral menu.

2. Click on the 'Edit' button at the top right of your screen. To start creating your page and add additional information.

Introductory information

• Organisation Name ✅ mandatory information :

Information displayed in your company page header

💡 The header is the headband of your company page. It will help young talents to quickly identify your company's positioning (size, industry, mission, etc.) and feel the company's atmosphere & spirit. Your goal here is to be impactful, to quickly catch the attention of your visitors.

• Main Industry ✅ mandatory :

Select the most matching industry in the list - Displayed in your header

• Secondary Industries ✅ mandatory :

You can select other matching industrie. We recommend 3 max

• Business Type ✅ mandatory :

Is your company a start-up, SME, large company or something else - Displayed in your header

• Company Tagline ✅ mandatory :

the catch phrase of your company, your slogan in max. 70 characters. - Displayed in your header

• National ID : your tax identification number

• Logo ✅ mandatory :

  • If you want to change the logo, please note that its size must be at least 400x400 pixels, in HD with a square format.
  • Displayed in your header

• Cover Image (job ad & Company card) ✅ mandatory :

    • Choose a picture without text or borders, reflecting your brand identity.
    • For a proper fitting, the file size must be 1600 x 312 pixels and the maximum size allowed is 4 MB. The format is rather identical to a LinkedIn banner picture, for example.

    • The cover picture is not displayed directly in the company page.

Link up to 4 social medias to display your latest post on your company page

        2. If there are 2 social networks: we display the latest 2 posts from each social network.
        3. If there is 1 social networks: we display the latest 4 posts from the social network

Institutional video:

• Institutional video: Corporate video to present your company in the About tab.

💡 The about tab is the first page of your company page. It will help young talents to quickly get a good picture of who you are as company and how it would be to be working with you. The goal is to give precise, interesting and catchy information that will help young talents to project themselves.

    • Check the video field “Is there a Video”, complete a title and insert the Url
    • Video players allowed: Youtube + Vimeo (no other players allowed)
    • Formats allowed: normal ( & shorts format coming soon)

  • ✨ How is it displayed on your company page in front-office?

    • The video is displayed next to the company presentation text Company Overview.
    • The video start playing when the mouse is over the video.
    • When we click on it the video opens inside the company page.
    • If the company doesn’t add a video here, we will automatically display the last image uploaded on the gallery media (we only display an image so if the last media content in the gallery is a video, we will take the image from the video).

Key information about your company:

• Founding Year ✅ mandatory:

  • Indicates the founding year of your company
  • Information displayed in the section “Key information”, a section to highlight valuable information for the job search of young talents. If empty, the mention “not communicated yet” is indicated.

• Number of Employees ✅ mandatory:

  • Indicates the number of employees

  • Information displayed in the section “Key information” from the About.
  • For premium company page, this field also appears in a “Key information” section from the Team tab.
  • If empty, the mention “not communicated yet” is indicated.

• International presence ✅ mandatory:

  • Enters the number of countries where your company operates internationally

  • Information displayed in the section “Key information”.
  • If empty, the mention “not communicated yet” is indicated.

• Location of Headquarters ✅ mandatory:

Indicate the address of your headquarters (only 1)

    • Please write your address inside this BO field. We recommend you to put the exact address. Example: 19 rue Blanche, 75009 Paris, France
  • ✨ How is it displayed in your company page front-office?
    • In the header, the text of the address will be displayed.
    • In the About tab, close to the Key information section: linked to Google Maps, it displays the address as a map.

• 🆕 Top 3 countries where your offices are located ✅ mandatory - For full profile only:

    • Select in the list the 3 main countries where your company has offices. If you are a local player, please don’t be shy to indicate this - being locally strong can be a real asset.
  • ✨ How is it displayed in your company page front-office?
    • This field appears in a “Key information” section from the Team tab.
    • If empty, the mention “not communicated yet” is indicated.

• 🆕 Gender partity ✅ mandatory - For full profile only:

Percentage of women & men amongst your employees

    • This field appears in a “Key information” section from the Team tab.
    • We have a “hidden” feature to print people from other genders if a company fills for example 50% women and 40% men, this will also print 10% other gender.
    • If empty, the mention “not communicated yet” is indicated.

• 🆕 Average age of your employees ✅ mandatory - For full profile only:

The average age can be a great indicator in terms of atmosphere, working environment and maturity of a company.

    • This field appears in a “Key information” section from the Team tab.

CSR Information

A section for the company to talk about its Corporate Social Responsability, a highly relevant for younger generations Seize the occasion and share the latest commitments, improvements or actions your company has recently taken. Displayed in the About tab.

FAQ

Young talents are often having similar questions when it comes to research of a potential employer. Stand out from the crowd and answer those questions as transparent as possible. There is no right or wrong answer. Minimum requirements: 2 of the 4 questions to answer.

If you have a premium company page, you will be able to add 2 more questions that you can give answers to. What aspects of your employer brand would you like to highlight? Why are you a great employer for recent graduates or students? What would you wish that applicants knew before entering the hiring process with you? The more specific you are, the better!

The company presentation text will give you space to write a short text about who you are and what you do.

    • The first 300 characters will be shown above the ‘Read more’.
    • Only text allowed into this field.

    • This text will be shown at the very top of the page, next to the video of presentation.
    • In order to keep the page light and easy to navigate, there will be a “Read more” button to unfold the whole text.

• The 4 main values of your company ✅ mandatory:

Find the best fitting 4 words to describe your company and complete the fields. Examples: “ impact, resources, future, ambition” or “international, resourceful, environmental, together” or “creating, innovating, building, renovating”.

🔎 Where to complete those info?

There are different sections where you can edit information for the company page:

• To add or edit most of the media content, click on the 'Media gallery' button on the side ‘Content’ section.
• All the other buttons under the 'Content' section are also containing content displayed on the company page

⚠️ If your company page is available in different languages, please select the language you want to update. Maybe you had (in a previous package) your company page in a different language, therefore still two or more languages are shown here. In order to not spend time on something that is not live or relevant for your current package, please reach out to your Account Manager or the Customer Care Team to be sure you work on the correct language set-up.

• 1. Brands

A unique section “ecosystem” (at the button of the page) mix company pages & brands displayed as cards.

    • Brands :
      • Select the language of your company page you want to add a Brand and click on the button “Add”

  • The mother company is identified and is a company card
  • The daughter companies are listed as company cards and are clickable
  • The brands are listed and we display only the logo and name of each brand - not clickable

• 2. Testimonials ✅ mandatory - For full profile only:

The testimonials section contains all “jobs videos” and “jobs photos” displayed on the Team tab.

• Photos:

    • Those pictures are sorted from most recently published + no pagination + all the photos displayed into one column on the right.

• 3. Articles ✅ mandatory - For full profile only:

A unique tab to display all the events and the articles of your company

    • Create at least 1 article on your company page
    • Select the language of your company page you want to add an article by clicking on the button “Add”

    • Cards sorted by publication date (most recent first)
    • The first article displayed use a bigger section
    • Everything on the same page to scroll
    • This section includes quick filter bouton to search by the article subject
    • On clic on a card, opens the article detail page in the tab.
    • If no event, the section displays an empty state to follow the company

• 4. Media gallery ✅ mandatory

The media gallery is the main place to upload photo and video content. We recommend you to have a minimum of 3 pictures and/or videos displayed on your profile.

    • You can upload unlimited content: select between “Add image” or “Add video”
      • For the pictures:
        1. Formats allowed: PNG, JPEG, etc.
        2. Minimum size required: 965 x 550 pixels , maximum file size: 4 MB
      • For the videos:
        1. Video players allowed: Youtube + Vimeo (no other players allowed)
        2. Formats allowed: normal (& shorts format coming soon)
  • ✨ How is it displayed on your company page in front-office?

    • Dedicated photo section in the header: We display in the header of your company page the latest photos uploaded in your media gallery . On clicking on a photo or on a button, it displays all the picture gallery on a full screen with the ability to scroll. The order display is based on the publication date and the most recent will be displayed first.

      • In order to haver a visually pleasing cover on your company page, you need to add at least 2 presentation pictures in your media gallery. We advise you to select one picture showing your office and one of your team. 

    • Dedicated video section in the About tab: Display unlimited video content published by the company and showing the 3 last published videos (most recent first) from the media gallery. A button is available to expand all the videos.

      

• 5. Custom messages

    • Select a school from JobTeaser list and add a message addressed to students from this school 
  • ✨ How is it displayed on your company page in front-office?
    • • Displayed at the top of the page ion the About tab - Not displayed if nothing to show
      • The custom message is enhanced in an automatic bloc (no actions is needed from you) to highlight exclusive content for schools:
        • Automatic (personalized with the school name)
        • 3 automatic buttons: exclusive jobs + exclusive upcoming events (events tagged as exclusive for a CC) + exclusive insight
