- Click on the 'Account' section of your back office.
OR click on ‘Company page’ in the upper lateral menu.
- Click on the 'Edit' button at the top right of your screen. To start creating your page and add additional information.

💡 The header is the headband of your company page. It will help young talents to quickly identify your company's positioning (size, industry, mission, etc.) and feel the company's atmosphere & spirit. Your goal here is to be impactful, to quickly catch the attention of your visitors.

- For a proper fitting, the file size must be 1600 x 312 pixels and the maximum size allowed is 4 MB. The format is rather identical to a LinkedIn banner picture, for example.

💡 The about tab is the first page of your company page. It will help young talents to quickly get a good picture of who you are as company and how it would be to be working with you. The goal is to give precise, interesting and catchy information that will help young talents to project themselves.

- The video start playing when the mouse is over the video.
- When we click on it the video opens inside the company page.
- If the company doesn’t add a video here, we will automatically display the last image uploaded on the gallery media (we only display an image so if the last media content in the gallery is a video, we will take the image from the video).

There are different sections where you can edit information for the company page:
- To add or edit most of the media content, click on the 'Media gallery' button on the side ‘Content’ section.
- All the other buttons under the 'Content' section are also containing content displayed on the company page
⚠️ If your company page is available in different languages, please select the language you want to update. Maybe you had (in a previous package) your company page in a different language, therefore still two or more languages are shown here. In order to not spend time on something that is not live or relevant for your current package, please reach out to your Account Manager or the Customer Care Team to be sure you work on the correct language set-up.

Dedicated photo section in the header: We display in the header of your company page the latest photos uploaded in your media gallery . On clicking on a photo or on a button, it displays all the picture gallery on a full screen with the ability to scroll. The order display is based on the publication date and the most recent will be displayed first.
- In order to haver a visually pleasing cover on your company page, you need to add at least 2 presentation pictures in your media gallery. We advise you to select one picture showing your office and one of your team.
