There are three types of company accounts on JobTeaser:
- Free Plan account
- Company linked to an Institution account
- JobTeaser Client account
The account type determines where you can publish, how many job ads and Career Centers you can use, and which features are available to you.
1. What you can do with a Free Plan account
A Free Plan account allows you to:
- Create and publish job ads in a few clicks
- Manage applications
- Share your job ads with selected Career Centers
This account is suitable for occasional or short-term recruitment needs. It does not include employer branding features or access to private events and talent banks.
How to log in
You can log in here:
Replace “yourschoolname” with your Career Center’s permalink. This is often based on the name of the school or Career Center.
2. Where your job ads will be visible
Job ads submitted through a Free Plan account are made available to students through the Jobs module of the relevant university Career Center, subject to the institution’s validation process. This is the area students and young graduates use for active job search.
They are not visible in the Companies module.
You can share your job ad with selected Career Centers. The number of Career Centers you can use each year depends on the country associated with your account.
3. Annual publication limits
Free Plan accounts are subject to two annual limits:

These limits apply independently. You must stay within both limits to continue publishing job ads.
4. How the limits are calculated
The limits apply to:
- The total number of job ads you publish during the year
- The total number of Career Centers with which you share your job ads during the year
For example:
- If you publish job ads in 5 different Career Centers in France, you reach the Career Center limit. You will not be able to publish additional job ads, even if you have published fewer than 10 ads.
- If you publish 10 job ads in one Career Center in France, you reach the job ad limit. You will not be able to publish additional ads, even if you have used only one Career Center.
Reaching either limit prevents you from publishing additional job ads.
The usage limits and suspension period are applied automatically by JobTeaser’s system.
5. What happens when you reach a limit?
You will receive several emails before your account is blocked. In total, you will receive:
- Two warning emails
- One final blocking notification
Please check your spam or junk folder so that you do not miss these messages.
Once your account is blocked:
- A warning will appear in your back office.
- You will no longer be able to publish job ads.
- When you click Create a job ad, you will be redirected to your back office home page.
- Your account will remain suspended for 12 months from the blocking date.
- It is not possible to reactivate the account during this suspension period.
You can see the date when your account will be unblocked by clicking Job ads in your back office.
How can you continue recruiting?
If you want to publish job ads before your account is unblocked, you can:
- Purchase one or more job posting credits through e-commerce.
- Contact our Sales team at contact@jobteaser.com to discuss your options.
- Contact the relevant Career Center to discuss becoming a university partner.
6. Do your job ads need to be approved?
In most cases, yes. Many institutions review incoming job ads before they go live. Your job ad may therefore be sent to the relevant institution for validation and remain unavailable to students until the institution has completed its review. Validation processes may vary by institution.
For the purposes of Free Plan usage and limits, publishing a job ad means submitting it for publication or validation.
If your job ad is rejected or remains unavailable, please contact the relevant Career Center directly for more information.

Please note that our Sales team cannot provide information about your Free Plan usage. They can, however, help you explore paid solutions.
Company linked to an Institution account
A Company linked to an Institution account allows you to:
- Publish job ads
- Create a company presentation page visible to students
- Promote your employer brand
- Organise private events
- Access the institution’s talent bank, where permitted
This account provides greater visibility among students at the selected institution.
How to log in
You can log in here:
Replace “yourschoolname” with your Career Center’s permalink.
Becoming a partner institution
If you have an existing relationship with a university, contact the university directly to discuss whether an institution-linked account is available and which conditions apply. The university decides whether and how to establish the link with your company, and may need to configure the relevant partnership options.
The university must then configure and assign the partnership level. If no partnership levels are available, the university should contact its Success Manager or the Customer Experience team to have one created.
Once a partnership level is available, it can be selected in the university back office and assigned to your company.
When the account is set up, you can log in through the university’s Career Center using the link above.
JobTeaser Client account
A JobTeaser Client account gives you access to JobTeaser’s wider network of more than 2 million students across 800+ Career Centers in Europe.
To access this network, you must upgrade to a paid account.
Benefits of a paid account
With a paid account, you can benefit from:
- Multiposting: publish job ads across multiple Career Centers at once
- More applications: reach relevant candidates through JobTeaser’s matching algorithm
- Simplified recruitment: manage your job ads in one place, with optional ATS integration
- Employer branding: showcase your company to young talent and strengthen your visibility

Important: Account types cannot be merged
A Free Plan account and a Company linked to an Institution account are two separate account types. It is not possible to convert or merge one account into the other.
If you want to switch from a Free Plan account to a Company linked to an Institution account, you must either:
- Use a different email address to create the new account, or
- Delete your existing Free Plan account before creating the new one
Similarly, switching from a Company linked to an Institution account to a JobTeaser Client account requires the creation of a new, dedicated account.
