If you are experiencing difficulties finalizing your registration as a Company linked to an Institution or a "Free Plan" Company, most issues are related to file specifications or data formatting. Follow these technical requirements to ensure a smooth setup.
1: Logo requirements and specifications
To ensure your brand appears correctly on the platform, your company logo must meet specific technical standards.
Dimensions: Minimum size of 100x100 pixels.
File Weight: Maximum size of 5MB.

Format: Use only .jpg or .png.
Note: Vector files (.svg) and documents (.pdf) are not supported for logo uploads.
2: Avoid special characters and emojis
Our registration fields are optimized for standard professional text. The use of non-standard characters can cause the system to reject your submission.
No Emojis: Do not include smileys or graphical icons in any text field.
No Special Characters: Ensure that company names, descriptions, and addresses do not contain unusual symbols that could break the validation logic.
3: Email address validation
At JobTeaser, a single email address cannot be associated with multiple account types simultaneously.
Check if you already have an account linked to a specific Career Center or Company linked to an Institution account.
If your email is already in use, you will not be able to create a new recruiter profile.
Action Required: You must either use a different professional email address or delete your existing account before proceeding. Please check this article for more information.
