If you are unable to access your JobTeaser account, you can restore your access in just a few moments. Whether you manage a Company linked to an Institution account or a "Free Plan" Company account, the reset process is centralized and secure.
How to reset your password
To regain access to your dashboard, please follow these steps:

Navigate to the Login Page. Enter the email address associated with your account and click on "Next".

A link called "Forgot your password?" will appear on the bottom right. Click on "Forgot your password?" located immediately below the login button.

Enter the professional email address associated with your account.
Click "Send reset instructions."
You will receive an automated email within a few minutes containing a secure link to create your new password.
Didn't receive the reset email?
If the recovery email has not arrived after 10 minutes, please verify the following technical points:
1. Check your Spam or Junk folder
Corporate security filters occasionally redirect automated messages. Ensure that @jobteaser.com is added to your organization's "safe senders" list.
2. Verify the account email
Ensure you are entering the exact professional email address used during your initial registration. If you are a Company linked to an Institution, ensure you are not using a personal address by mistake.
3. Review Corporate Firewalls
Some restrictive company servers block automated password resets. If the email is missing from your spam folder, we recommend trying again from a different network or contacting your internal IT department.
