If the person who originally set up your Company linked to an Institution profile or "Free Plan" Company account is no longer with your organization, you can still recover access and management rights. Follow these steps to ensure continuity in your recruitment activities.
Recovering a single-user account
If the former colleague was the only person with access to the account (common for "Free Plan" Companies), our team will need to manually intervene to verify your authorization.
How to request an account transfer
Please contact our Customer Experience Team support.careercenter@jobteaser.com with the following details:
The former colleague's email address (if known).
The official name of your company.
Proof of your professional identity (your professional email address and job title).
Once verified, we can update the primary email address or add you as a new administrator to the existing profile.
Important Security & Data Integrity
Job Postings: When we transfer an account, all active job postings and historical candidate data remain intact.
Company Branding: You will retain access to the existing company logo and description settings.
⚠️ Warning: For security reasons, the Customer Experience Team cannot grant access to an account based on a personal email address (e.g., @gmail.com). You must contact us using an official company email domain.
💡 Tip: To prevent future lockouts, we highly recommend having at least two "Admin" users for every Company linked to an Institution profile.
